We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all HydraThera Pro units. To initiate a return, contact our support team within 60 days of your delivery date. We will arrange free pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of retrieval.
All HydraThera Pro units include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended warranty coverage (2 years) is available as an add-on at checkout.
