🚚 Free Curbside Delivery
Every HydraThera Pro order includes free curbside delivery via freight carrier. Your spa will be delivered to the curb or driveway of your shipping address — no additional delivery fee.
The freight carrier will call 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient time window. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

📦 What to Expect on Delivery Day
- 1. The freight carrier calls to confirm your delivery window (typically a 4-hour window).
- 2. The driver brings the spa to your curb or driveway on a pallet.
- 3. Inspect the packaging for damage before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- 4. Use a dolly or two people to move the unit to your desired location. The spa weighs approximately 280 lbs empty.
- 5. Follow the quick-start guide included in the box. Most customers are soaking within 2 hours.
